Synopsis: Broken Down Doll
The first in a series which pits a skeptical detective with a parapsychologist turned crime-scene cleaner. Broken Down Down is a novel about obsession and the worlds of fetish art and urban exploration and where the missing and the lost go when they have no where else to turn.

Jesse said: "I've dissected you in so many different ways, you should be feeling dirty and used right now."
Breen grinned, "just how I like it."
Jesse stopped himself from whacking the little jerk upside the head. To be honest his body was aching from the damp, cold November air. At least today he didn't feel like he had been run over by a large truck. Just a small mini bus.
"You do know you're being held for questioning regarding the murder of the Sorensons. Where is Lauren?"
"I told you man, I don't know. Me and Lauren finished months ago. She went loopy."
"It's detective. And if I find out you're lying."
"What you going to do, man. Arrest me. Get to the back of the line."
