She reached out her hand and grasped Francis' from across the table. He looked at her expectantly.
"You need to find some other friends, Francis. I love spending time with you and we definitely have chemistry as a couple. But I can't be your whole world. You know?" He nodded.
"Yeah, I know. Opposites attract but they can also detract, I guess." Natalie stroked the hand she was holding.
"I'm sure someone will be your Plato, my little Socrates." Francis smiled.
"I just hope I don't have to drink poison because of the relationship."
