Brief Author Bio: I'm a student, in my second year, studying a Bsc in Web Programming. I spend time alternating between plotting stories and plotting algorithms. I watch far more TV than is probably healthy but is a great source of inspiration. Oh, and I can't stand the quiet, music is the best invention ever. I won NaNo last year and I'm hoping to repeat the feat this year. |

Synopsis: Perfidy
On May 22nd 1999 Agent John Taylor of the CIA married Elizabeth Stewart. He thought they'd live happily ever after. He was wrong. Six years later his world falls apart, his beloved wife is thought dead in a car accident and that's not all. His wife's name wasn't Elizabeth Stewart, it was Petra Volkovich, and they didn't meet by chance. Petra was an agent of the shadowy organisation HEAR who ordered her to seduce him to steal CIA secrets. He's investigated, held captive, and even lightly tortured by his own government to ensure he isn't a traitor. After six months when he's proven loyal they fire him anyway. Having lost everything John starts to fall into a depression which is when he meets Luke Hardy, a multi-millionaire stock broker with a dark secret. Unsatisfied with the governments approach to national security Luke started his own organisation TAG to combat the growing threat of HEAR. He recruits John to be his director of operations and the games begin. Everything he thought he knew he comes to doubt, the only thing that's certain is that freedom doesn't come free. Perfidy - a dramatic tale about love, power, obsession and family.
