Once upon a time human, a curse had forced him to take this primitive form. According to the legend, it was his duty to protect drunks and other revellers. Well, it seemed the version of the myth he knew wasn’t very precise; and he couldn’t allow the rabid creature to continue attacking innocents. So-called innocents, at least. Slowly, he putted the backpack down, without loosing the animal from sight.
