Favorite novels: far too many to list. and i'm always looking for new ones. i started a book club this year just to find new reads.

Favorite writers: david eddings, j. k. rowling, j. r. r. tolkien, m. z. bradley, terry pratchett, neil gaiman, bernard cornwell, anne rice, and sara douglass to name a few.

Favorite music: having never written a novel, i have nothing to add here. any suggestions would be helpful though.

Non-noveling interests: reading (how original), enjoying my new husband and our new house, playing and cuddling with our puppies, and creating flower arrangements. ok, one of those things is completely false.
