Synopsis: Lost Star

Danica Lane has always thought of herself as not being quite like anyone else. At sixteen, she is made to move to the mysterious town of Los Cielos, Nevada - an experimental community with some unearthly inhabitants known as the Silignet. As Danica learns more about Los Cielos - and becomes closer to some of her new otherworldly neighbors - she also begins to learn more about herself. Why she runs so fast. Why she's so pale. Why she seems to understand the Silignet language without ever having heard it in her life. As she digs deeper into her own past, Danica realizes that everyone in her life has known the truth about her all along - everyone except her.
