Synopsis: What All the World Is Made Of

Henry is a busking puppeteer with a budding career in ventriloquism. Pietro, his bigheaded sidekick, would steal the show if someone's hand wasn't always up his shirt! They're a typical ventriloquist duo for amateurs, considering Henry’s a mute.

Shirley Marshal, a shy, bullied twelve year old girl, loves day dreaming and ballet more than her life as a middle-schooler in the little town of Rosegreen. When she meets a busking ventriloquist known as 'Henry' and his loudmouthed, tit-for-tat sidekick puppet, Pietro, she is quickly charmed. So much in fact, that she begins skipping school to attend to Henry's shows. And why not? She never liked school anyway.
But Henry can’t spend his entire career in downtown Rosegreen, and the grown-ups are wondering where Shirley's been. But it will take a miracle for Shirley to accept her new friend's departure, or something more disastrous.
