"Where is training?" Carrie demanded.

"Hey, if we're going to keep talking, you can use my name. It's Kelly."

"I'm Carrie. Where is training?"

"Ooookay. Nice to meet you. I don't know where anything is, exactly. We just go there."

"How long have you been here?" Carrie asked.

"Well, I don't know that exactly either."

Carrie sighed. She didn't have much to work with here, but she'd have to figure it out.

Kelly's voice floated back into her consciousness. "I know you're thinking of leaving, but it isn't going to happen."

"Don't tell me what is or isn't going to happen, Kelly," she said, knotting up her blond hair.

Kelly snorted and lay down again.
