Synopsis: Later, Skater: On Tour

Kalki, the albino, teenage, gay, skaterboy is back with a sequel. Don't worry, he brought his boyfriend Skittles too.

The Pump Tour is looking for a few amateurs to fill out its roster. The rewards are big with the possibility of money prizes and sponsorships. And, of course, who wouldn't want to see the world while doing what you love?

But once Kalki makes it and is forced to leave Skittles behind to follow his dream, the eighteen-year old has to wonder if he's made the right choice. Especially since competition is fierce and the world is quite large.

Meanwhile, back home, Skittles feels more than alone now that KK is gone. Comforted somewhat by the fact he now has an adoptive mother that cares about him, he buries his nose in studies. Could there be someone else for him too?

"Later, Skater: On Tour" is being developed during this NaNoWriMo and will be polished in the winter for a publication in the spring of 2010. All plot materials may change.

Excerpt: Later, Skater: On Tour

Kitty! I took the bath that I talk about and was going to enjoy myself like I said too, but the phone rang! It is the middle of the night and mom is still at work so I was worried a lot!

I also thought maybe it was Kalki not remembering the time difference between California and Atlanta.

But it was Trix! He was very quiet because he didn't want to wake his parents up. It's such a big house, I didn't think they would hear. But then I remember we had the quietest sex I ever had in that house so maybe it was right he was whispering.
"Hello?" I answer the phone even while naked and water was dripping on the carpet on my floor.

"Hello, Skittles?" Like I say, he was whispering.

"Trix?" I couldn't believe it.

"Uh huh."

I giggled and sat down on the bed, but I was so wet I jumped back up again!

"I miss you." Trix said. It sound so sweet to hear him say that.

"I miss you too." I swallowed and look back out the door and the bathroom where I was thinking about him while about to play by myself. "I was just thinking sexy things about you."

He laughed and then coughed which made me worry.

"Are you still sick and weak?"

"I'm getting better, thank you." Trix was always so polite, even at two o'clock in the morning. "What kind of sexy things?"

I feel my face get hot. "Taking a bath together."

"That would be fun. I hate taking showers, so maybe taking one, or a bath with you would be cool."

I giggle again and correct him, "It would be hot and sexy. I was having fantasy that we could have sex again."

"I am off restriction this weekend." Trix said very seriously.
"Are the factories near the bridge on your road abandon? If they are we could go there. No one would ever see us there," I explain my plan.

"I think so. Go see if you have time and if so we can go there, that's a great idea." He started to talk normally because I think he was exicted, but he whispered again when he ask, "Are you meeting with your foster parents today like you said?"

"Uh huh. I don't want to though."

"I know," Trix's voice was so warm. I was feeling cold now though with the water still dripping on my body. I wished I had a phone without having to stand near it now. "Don't scream at them, just be direct, firm, and honest."

"Really?" I knew I shouldn't scream at them. I said, "I was going to bring Kalki's old diary and show it to them so they can read what he and I write about being at New Horizon."

"That's brilliant. You're so smart, Mishka!"

I smiled bright. "I love you Trix."

I just said it so sudden. It came out and Adam didn't say anything for a minute. I could hear him breathe though so he didn't hang up. Until he whispered back, "I love you too."

Did I say it was a bad week? It is a GREAT week!
