Synopsis: guru.exe
Out in the recesses of the internet is a programme that works similarly to those novelty 'chatbot' affairs - you can talk to it, tell it your problems, await amusing responses in return. However, guru.exe is a little different. A little more real.
And it offers advice; advice that often turns out to be painfully relevant.
In time, it becomes a phenomenon. People all over the world begin to pick up on this new fad of delivering their problems to guru.exe and following its advice.
Our protagonist, having little patience for modern technology in general and the internet in particular, sets out and tries to determine the origin of the programme and uncovers the start of something darker.
