Synopsis:

Catherine Martin is as simple as they come. She likes her life bland, boring and regular and is looking to settle down with a husband and start a family. Alas all plans change when one night the notorious British spy, the Jackal, comes falling through the window right on top of her, and turns her world upside down. Will she be able to find anything in common with this reckless, dangerous man who knows nothing of care and comfort?

The Jackal is on the trail of an elusive French assassin, believed to have close connections to several wealthy French families including the late Lord Martin. Now it is up to this spy to obtain the treasonous proof this family has been hiding.
