Fortune was nearly in hysterics, clinging to one of the chairs, alternating between tears and an intense discussion on theology with a bottle of Chardonnay, while her AZT break swung from its cord (attached to her waist) like some sort of high-tech tail. Hans was trying to calm her down (read flirt with her) while the waitress held up her chin and tried to pour a little water down her throat.
Cat blinked. The sense of déjà vu she had experienced earlier had not entirely left her.
