Synopsis: The Bleeding Machines

Gammett Hues is a mechanic aboard the ship Demarques, a living machine that burns blood for fuel. The Demarques started behaving oddly, burning fuel too quickly, degenerating parts that should run for a good many years, but Hues believed it's just a bout that would pass. But when the Demarques goes mad and starts devouring the crew, Hues only has one man to turn to--a man who swore he'd never set foot on the Demarques again--and the price for his help may be more than Hues is willing to pay.
