The Millers
an excerpt
The Millers who lived on 45 west Colon Washington lane appeared to be a fairly normal family. The drove nice cars went on nice vacations and lived in a beautiful mansion, which was one of their many mansions. There were four children Jennifer who was twenty-two years old and was fresh out of the F.B.I
academy. Bonnie is in freshman year and is drama queen. Their step siblings were, Farley Drexal who went by Fudgie, was in fifth grade and was one of those special children with asthma, and an odd voice. The baby of the family was lala who was just one year old. Their parents Harry and Faith Miller were also odd people. Harry was a successful buissness man in the liquor industry. Faith was president of Warner Brothers studios and worked with celebrities on a daily basis. This family also had some very dark secrets.
One Sunny dull morning the Miller children were out on the Magnificent Mile taking a break at the Starbucks when Bonnie noiticed it was their Aunt coming toward them looking very worried."There you are! My god lets go now no time for rude, childish comebacks Fudgie we need to go, taxie!" The children really shaken by this wild tone and actions quickly jumped into the taxie without much thought. Once inside though Bonnie was the first to ask,"Auntie whats wrong what happened?" "Quite Bonnie just quite, airport please cabby!" The taxie sped through Chicago's busy streets and onto the highway with Ohare international airport straight ahead. "Now please just stay calm children we are going to the airport and I will explain everything once we are safe!" What seemed like eternity the taxie finally arrived at Ohare. "Thank you cabby man" was all their aunt had to say and marched right to the ticket counter."Yes I need five one way tickets to Vienna please first class!" After Auntie Dor had paid the counter lady she turned briskly to the children and stated,"off to the gate children." Now it was Jennifer's turn to get a little angry,"Auntie what the heck is going on here we need to know. First we were drinking Starbucks and now are waiting for a flight to Europe did I miss something?" "Well darling," said Auntie Dor in a very serious tone,"your house was ransacked they were looking for something.
