Synopsis: Smile
The two sides of a coin: what are they? They're not entirely separate things, not truly opposites. They are made of the same material and smacked together to make a whole. They came from the same place, were created to serve the same purpose.
It is the same with the Guards and the Followers, two warring sides that both strive for peace justice - just in different forms. They are same, yet not the same. Good and evil. Both of them were created to serve the same purpose. One of them turned bad, the other grew self-righteous. They began to pit brothers and sisters against each other, kids who have been friends for years, parents who don't want their children to seem them fighting.
Michele knows this. Michele knows that the Followers and the Guards are related, if not one in the same.
Kevin knows it, too. He knows that history went the way it did for a reason; without it, nothing would be the same.
Sean is aware of this truth. He knows that Guards and Followers are both made of humans, and thus are the same.
Fraise hates this. She hates that she could be classified as the same thing that her sworn enemies are.
But what Fraise didn't count on was the young Guard Jackson. She didn't know what she was until she met him. And all of a sudden, she would do anything to be with him and help him. A Follower and Guard. Hah!
Michele and Kevin need to get the news out before the two sides go to war for the corrupted seat of power they hold so dear.
(Sorry. I'm terrible at summaries.)
Option 2: Unnatural
Areese was just a girl who was hopelessly in love with a boy who was already dating the most popular girl in the school. She watches him from afar, admiring him like a good girl. She wants nothing more than to be a part of his world, his life, his being. But as long as Morgan, the girl he's in love with, is in the picture, that dream will never become a reality.
So why does she feel bad when her chance finally comes? When Morgan is busted for drugs, alcohol, and smoking, and is sent to rehab? When Sam and Morgan are separated forever, and he's completely open? It's not like she had anything to do with Morgan's arrest.
The answer is simple. She's a coward. Shy and meek at heart, she'll never get her chance unless she acts now.
(This is what I'll write if I finish "Smile" with time to spare. I've already started the first part of "Unnatural", but I won't count it.)
