One word. Sicilian. Isn't it amazing the history that is behind that one word?

I am a half Sicilian, half Portuguesa chica, born and raised in Antarctica, A.K.A Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada! The world through my eyes might be a bit different, and maybe I am bitter, but in the 18 years I have lived, I have seen and dealt with things that have shaped me. Katia.......say it with me...KATIA!! not Kay-shaw, not Ka-teee-a.....pronunciation is of the utter most importance when it comes to me. I never make an attempt to be normal, it is impossible, so why bother? I like Fig Newtons, it is obvious, as my friend Gretchen and I sing "Fig Newtons, Ass Rape", quite often.

I am a university student, that thinks university is a waste of bloody time, and wants to explore the world.

History.........I live it, I love it, I would attempt to eat it if I could. I make no claims in knowing everything there is to know when it comes to history. I can however, say that I know a great deal, and history from all over the world interests me. I like to learn, I like to discover new things, and I like to do things at my own pace....dont expect me to race through life, it's too short, so why not stop and smell the roses every so often?

P.S. Lionel Messi is my property......although Im not sure if I can own another human being, especially a celeb...but Im working on the details......
