Journey of the Forgotten

I wander through this barren wasteland that only I can call home because nothing else could possibly survive in it. Of course I am being monitored by Them as I struggle through, playing the cruel game They have created. I can feel the day’s poison course through my veins, slowing down the functions that my body could normally perform. I should be dead, but yet again I live for another day though I want it to end. Maybe I should explain what has happened during my life so you can better understand what I’m talking about. Perhaps I will let you know the secret you should have learned but was never told.
