Brief Author Bio: I was born in Arkansas and moved to Alabama about four years ago. Small town, unfortunatly. I'm training to be an interpretter for the deaf, so I'm learning American Sign Language. I'm also BIG into photography and I won the Peanut Festival photography contest last year (First Prize in youth, people; Grand Prize in youth overall). I'm a junior in high school and still undecided about where I want to go to college, though the Savannah College of Art and Design and Faulkner University both look pretty tempting. I was baptized into Christ on June 9, 2009!! I also have a black cat named Buku and I love him to death. I can be found on storywrite... www.storywrite.com/andiness |

Synopsis: Secretist & Fallen From Grace
Secretist
There's a group of people that know everything. Anything you can imagine they already know. Past, present, or future.
They are called Information Dealers or Secretists. Dealers sell their knowledge while the Secretists keep it hidden.
The dealers are being targeted in a string of violent murders that no one seems to see coming and to which the police have no leads.
Sarin is a dealer who's been asked to find a secretist named Elizabeth. She was kidnapped and possibly killed but Sarin can't see anything when she tries to look for her and something leads her to believe the secretist is connected to the murders but wasn't a victim. However, Sarin has managed to turn every eye to the murders...and to herself as a dealer. When she finds the person she loves most working against her, she finds herself on the run with no choice but to try and stop the killer herself.

Fallen From Grace
Angels regularly come to Earth. They come to experience, observe, and learn. ccasionally they do far more than that.
Lyra, daughter of the archangel Michael, has decided to come to Earth with only those most innocent intentions. To experience, observe, and learn.
Vampires are not all mindless criminals. Of course, they want to get some pleasure out of life because, as they all know, it's a one way trip to hell when their life is over but they can be anything from killers to hopeless romantics.
Mathieu, brought up among the powerful and influencial of high vampire society, has absolutely no intention of obeying his master's will. The prospect of finding himself a nice bride and settling down did not appeal to him, particularly if it had to be just one bride and just one vampire bride at that.
When the two run into each other, they are natually incompatible and banished from each other's presence for good measure. But, as with any beings going through adolensence (or years with the same overall effect on one's opinion of rebellion), all that's going to do is draw them together.
Excerpt: Secretist & Fallen From Grace
SECRETIST
“What was it like?” I asked in a low, quiet voice, “For you to kill them, I mean. What did it feel like?”
I heard a sharp intake of breath before he answered.
“It was...intoxicating,” He confessed, “Knowing I had that kind of power over someone and nothing could stand in my way.”
I knew without truly knowing that he wanted to say more, that he must have a thousand memories. However, he remained silent and I didn’t say anything.
There was a click and the hand he had in my hair slowed and then was still. The last thing I heard as I fell asleep was the steady scratch of a pen on paper.
I dreamed of dying.
FALLEN FROM GRACE
“Be careful, my daughter,” Michael said as he pulled me against his chest for one last embrace before I left, “The Earth is a dangerous place, remember to stay faithful.”
He pulled back to look at me yet again and I thought he was going to cry. I was his only daughter and it was so rare that angels had children.
“Truly you have God’s grace,” Michael murmured, “Your mother would have been proud.”
Yes, my mother. She was my father’s most sensitive subject. He truly had loved her, but when she had gone to Earth, she had fallen into sin and been banished from Heaven. Before then, however, she was a high seraph and a friend of the archangel Gabriel though he was a close friend of mine as well. Her union to Michael had been one of convenience though it was also out of love as well
“I love you, Father.” I said and then it was time for me to leave.
“Remember, Lyra, if you ever need anything, anything at all, the Lord is always listening.” Michael said and those were our parting words.
