Stockholm Syndrome

This is Jeanne Vergessen speaking, and allow me to take you down the proverbial yellow brick road. Life has once been normal for me and my friends and everybody else, but now, it’s all a different matter. We’re all once ordinary high school students attending a prestigious school that serves as the lighthouse for people of the same kind as me—one with paranormal abilities and prodigal sense. Due to many rounds of fighting not quite listed as normal in the history, and of course the usual rounds of cheating death, I’ve come to realize that not everything has to be considered as normal. It just so happens that here in this world I happen to live in isn’t ordinary to begin with, which encourages me even more to welcome everyone to the life infected with what I call, the Stockholm syndrome.
