Synopsis: indeterminant

Startled by the rapid built-up of armed security for the 2004 G-8 Summit, Litl' Civ, a gopher tortoise, and his marsh bunny friends question Old Civitas about human behaviors. The aged tortoise begins another tale about humans observed long ago at old Fort Frederica, when America was young.
