Synopsis: Pet Store Confidential

In three years of working in a high end pet specialty store I've run across more than my fair share of interesting people, and have come to the conclusion that customers can fall into one, or more, of the following four categories:
- the Good
- the Bad
- the Ugly
- the Down Right Strange (DRS)
My book is a satirical look at the people one meets while working retail, more specifically pet specialty. I will use antictodes mostly culled from my own experience, but also the input of co-workers and fellow pet specialty retail clerks.
The book will be divided into five parts, as well as an introduction and conclusion. The basic parts will define the four types of customers and have examples and stories about run-ins with stereotypical Good, Bad, Ugly and DRS customers. The final section will be dedicated to a "how-to" on handling specific examples; this is a second meant to be humorous, and not taken seriously, and will involve advice like "When having a bad day, start a small garbage fire in front of the store to attract good looking fire fighters."
