Synopsis:

A blended family slowly explodes over the course of several months. The story will be told from all four people's viewpoints, and a pet cat may or may not join in the narration. I haven't decided on that yet. (I hope you have sensed my lack of extensive planning because it is an important part of my strategy this year.)
