Brief Author Bio:

Reread my NaNo work from '06 - "Lorne" - recently, and discovered wordgold ore that could be refined and smithed. I remember being terrified by the all-consuming fire of the story, and being more than a little worried that I'd lose my job in the flames.

This year, I'm carefully stacking stones and clearing the earth for the transformative fires to blaze the whole month long.
