Synopsis: Exiled - Part 2

Blackthorn and Peregrine continue their journey across the world of the exiles where criminals from the city state of Hakta have been sent for generations trying to find a way back to the city that is now under the control of the Necromancers. Khalli has remained behind with the Ja'Darune who he now leads. Back in Hakta Silvery Moon and Serha prepare to battle the Necromancers as Owl searches the city for his sister.

Excerpt: Exiled - Part 2

Silverymoon looked out across the moon lit sand to the walled city off in the distance. She had been surprised that their arrival had not been challenged. They had spent the most of the last three days putting the city under siege, even though she knew that it would do little good. The necromancers that now controlled the city didn’t need to use the roads to get supplies into the walls. She however had to keep the human armies that had come to the elves’ call appeased and this was how they knew how to wage war; but this war would not be fought like any that had been since the dark times over five thousand years ago.
