Synopsis: Ravens Over Achall
Historical novel based on the legend of one of the greatest early Irish high kings, Tuathal Techtmar.
Born in exile, son of a murdered king, Tuathal mac Fiachach has spent his life awaiting the day he will return to his homeland of Eriu and wrest his birthright - the sovereignty of Tara - from his father's usurper. But when his Roman patron is recalled by a suspicious emperor, Tuathal finds himself almost alone, with no more than a handful of loyal friends to accompany him as he sails for Eriu. A stranger in the land of his ancestors, shadowed by treachery and deceit at every step, he must rally those willing to stand against the tyrant Elim mac Conrach and prove himself worthy of the kingship.
