Excerpt: Saving Green

I’m passionate about our environment. But what is there to be passionate about? There’s smog everywhere on the Earth. Walking to school like Grannie did in the olden ages simply is not possible unless you want to be choked by the gray, repulsive air around you. Light pollution, air pollution, street pollution. Pollution, pollution, pollution. The only thing naturally beautiful anymore are the trees and the flowers. Of course, that would one day disappear too.
