Synopsis:

A fantasy world is always in jeopardy. Because of the poorly run government, most of the population lives in terrible poverty but the few nobles are ridiculously wealthy. There is growing unrest and many fear rebellion. The village where Rhys lives is relatively peaceful and ordinary until a group of gypsy like nomads put up camp outside the city limits one day. Most of the populace thinks them dangerous and untrustworthy, but Rhys is intrigued. He ends up tagging along with them and goes on a journey across the countryside and out to the ocean, where he meets a sea-bound band of rebels intent on abolishing and replacing the government.
