In my lifetime, the world has been broken and rebuilt two times over. The first breaking was done by the world alone at the behest of the Gods. The seas rolled violently and the earth shook itself as a dog clearing dust from its fur. Most of the old cities burned and were purged from the world's surface. The life tree shed its leaves and acorns before splitting in two to make way for a new generation of its kind and man was forced to migrate and resettle in new places to restart. The face of our land, Moursia was changed forever, and only a few of our once numerous civilizations continued unabated. We survived, we thrived, and came to be great once more.
