Synopsis:
When Bennett and Tuesday's parents disappear while researching the Bermuda Triangle and the two siblings are shipped off to live with their eccentric aunt in Kansas, the seemingly dull pig farm quickly becomes home to a host of strange occurrences. It starts with a strange dry spell and a basilisk in the chicken coop... but soon, Bennett and Tuesday are lost in a parallel universe, entangled in a government conspiracy. As they try to find their way back home, it soon becomes clear that the truth about the disappearance of their parents is much more sinister than they thought.
Melodramatic enough? This is a rewrite of my NaNovel from last year, but I'm starting over from scratch.
