Brief Author Bio: I started late this year. I was originally not going to do NaNo because I was writing another novel at the time, but I figured I could try and write two. The other is almost complete, and I really do enjoy it. I hope to publish a book by the time I graduate, and then I know it's something I can pursue as a profession. I need to find something to fall back on, though, and I don't really know what I'll do... This is my second year doing NaNo. Last year I bareeeeely accomplished my goal with a measly 54 thousand or something after I edited. For a first novel I suppose that's okay. For everyone that wants to read it: I'm sorry, but it sucks and you won't. If you want to pay 7 bucks for a piece of shit I'll give you the link as soon as I get the edited copy back from my Uncle and Aunt. I graduate in 2011, and I do not like English class very much. Everyone expects me to love it, but I really don't. It's far to restricting for me. Oh well. I'm working on a project: http://sendinglove.webs.com please check it out <3 |

Excerpt: Untitled
That time the class laughed at him instead. Until, of course, the teacher held up his hand and the laughing stopped. “So who did kill our thirty-fifth president? If it wasn’t Lee Harvey Oswald who was it?” The class was so silent a pin could have dropped from twenty feet away and it would have been heard behind the podium that the teacher paced near. “No more guesses?” More silence and no motion.
“Oh for God’s sake, people. Do we know how to say yes and no?” More silence. “Alright, let’s practice.” He shook his head back and forth. “That would be the universally accepted form of ‘no’. Got it? Good.” He bobbed his head up and down. “And that ladies and gentlemen would be the accepted form of ‘yes’. Let us practice.
“Are you breathing?” A series of nods went around the classroom. “Are you dead?” Their heads shook. “Do you know who killed John F. Kennedy?” Most people shook their heads. Kennedy sighed. “Well we have a lot to learn, then.”
