Synopsis: Fool's Gold

The last of the Lost Kings has been found! For the first time in several hundred years, the people struggling underneath the draconian rule of the God Slayer have hope in a better future. The prophesied Golden Age is coming!

Or it would, if the so called "Lost King" wasn't a fraud.

Rausa is a talented con man who was chafing under anonymity when he agreed to steal the Eventidus Prophecy from the Grand Temple. And within the yellow pages of the defunct manuscript, he found the answer to his need for fame. After all, who wouldn't want to know a King?

The people of Telanth aren't the only ones who believe Rausa's lies. The tyrant on the throne had been the one to hunt the Lost Kings down in attempt to stall the Prophecy. The rumor that one last King has slipped through, brings the full fury of the God Slayer down on the land. What can poorly armed peasants, cowardly nobles and a con man do against the evil that has Slayed a god?
