Brief Author Bio:

American living abroad since 1980.

Participated in Nanowrimo twice previously, in '02 and '03, maybe, but unable to find old profile so it's just a guess. For the 2003 Nano, completed 2 novels, which I don't recommend. Don't recommend *doing*, I mean. Although, I can't really recommend the novels, either.

Synopsis: The Monster Index

Sea monster opera

Excerpt: The Monster Index

He watched her wash up afterwards, sitting on a low cedar stool, with a bucket, long black hair wet down her back, mind lost not in thought but in the task at hand and added it to the things he never would forget. Her sitting there just being. Her eyes that brief second in the coffee shop, her hand on his, her reading in dim light.
