“I was so nervous when you were gone,” Amilee said looking down at her drink, “and I wanted to apologies. I need to have more faith in you,” she laughed hollowly and looked up at him, “you are the great Drakon, after all. I shouldn't worry after you like I would a little brother or cousin.”
Drakon touched her shoulder gently. “No Amilee, it's alright. It's not really my abilities to handle things that have been worrying you. It's sharing me –a very close part of you- with the world that is bothering you. I know that can be hard, especially if it's thrust onto you like today but let me promise you I would no more share any of your secrets with anyone than you would imagine telling anyone I was born of your imagination. We are in this together even when school forces us to be apart.”
