I'm a NaNo-REBEL this year. WOOOHOOO!

I'll be writing 50 000 words of fanfic - new chapters for old stories I already have going but never seem to be able to actually finish. I need a kick in the butt when it comes to that, so I'm using NaNo as an excuse to get it done. Another part of what I'm challenging myself to do is to finish editing all of it and post it at my site before this year is over. We'll see how that goes.

So why am I a rebel this year?
Because I'm an aspie, and there needs to be a POINT to everything I do, and since I already have a ton of stories that I'm working on, it feels unnecessary to start a new one. If I started a "normal" novel instead of fanfic, I'd never actually do anything with it, but there are, believe it or not, people who'll probably read what I'll manage to write this month (I already feel bad for them) so at least it might be useful to someone. There you go, now you don't have to ask me.
