Brief Author Bio:

I've been writing since I could write (my mother has a story I dictated to her before I could write) but last year was my first NaNoWriMo. Typical overachiever, I finished my novel, at around 76,000 words, on the last day of the month (having hit the 50,000 mark some 5 or 6 days earlier). I only went on the forums a few times, though; this year, I hope to spend more time doing that. I'm planning to write something set in the 'real world' this year, which is a new thing for me (I've mostly written fantasy before).
Of course, life goes on in other ways. I still have babies to deliver, and they tend not to pay much attention to schedules. Hours spent waiting in Labor and Delivery are often valuable time with a computer, though! I've also got singing engagements with the Sweet Adelines chorus I sing with, and clothing to sew, etc., etc.
