Brief Author Bio: Thanks to an aunt who lent me a Nancy Drew novel in second grade, I have had a nearly lifelong love affair with reading. I have had a somewhat shorter love affair with writing. That one was kicked off in sixth grade after reading Jurassic Park and I decided I wanted to write my own dinosaur story. Things snowballed from there. This is my second year taking part in NaNoWriMo. Having pounded out a first draft to the first book in my four book epic last year, this year I have returned to pound out a first draft of the second book, which, unfortunately, is the one that is least clear plot-wise in my head.
