Synopsis: Our Only Weapon II
This is a continuation of last year's novel. Yeah, I know I'm supposed to start from scratch. I just don't think I could handle writing two stories at once. I probably won't even get 50,000 words anyway, so don't flame me.

In case you didn't know me last year, OoW is about a tragic emo boy named Jesse and his struggle to piece his life together after his first breakup ever. In the meantime he gets addicted to a fantasy computer game, falls for a teenage boy, and refuses to admit his love for his best friend. It's good stuff.
Excerpt: Our Only Weapon II
I guess that I was really looking for someone to need me. Paige had cut me off without thought, and it made me question what purpose I served on this world. I wanted to be important to somebody; I wanted to be the one to take care of her. My favorite thing on the planet was making Emily laugh. Fortunately that took almost no effort; our senses of humor were identical. I felt special when I was the one to listen to her problems. She fit perfectly inside my arms, but being that close to her now could not happen. It was a school night, for one thing, and she resided in another bed.
