Brief Author Bio:

I've lived all my life in Bedford, England. Spent a number of years bouncing from job to job, ended up as a Ticket Inspector on the railway for two and a half years before going back to university to get my degree in Psychology and Art History. After that I sold everything I owned and went halfway round the world, hitchhiked across Canada, the US (where I lived for nine months in San Francisco) and Mexico, and I just flew back from Mexico City! I've always been a writer but lacked the discipline to stick with a project for long, so I've written a lot of fragments, short stories and started several novels - the furthest I've gotten was about 100 pages. But my travel blog has revitalised and refined my writing and helped my discipline, and I'm hoping NaNoWriMo will push me through to finishing a whole novel!
