Synopsis: Walls

When Grace talks to people, she can't help but sense the walls that people build around themselves, the masks that people plaster on with such care. The never-ending facades that people so painstakingly maintain every single day. She can’t stand these barricades. She hates that people build themselves into tiny forts of false security.

But when Grace watches people, she sees cracks in the walls. She can read into the intricacies of their movement, the tell-tale signs of a slipping mask.

Grace is lost, and just wants to figure things out. She hopes that by understanding other people and their careful constructions of 'self', she will eventually figure out where her own identity escaped to so many years ago.

Grace thinks that by watching people, she can learn more than she ever could by simply talking with them. But when you lose sight of the ones that matter, you'll eventually see that you've become more lost than you were when you began searching for yourself.

P.S This is all very likely to change in the next few weeks. I'm putting this here in the hope that it'll motivate me to write something better ;)
