Synopsis: Fairy Gifts

Fairies still give gifts to some babies when they are born. Some extraordinary babies receive gifts from the requisite thirteen fairies. But what happens if they grow up in a time when nobody believes in magic? They use those gifts, but don't know they are doing it. Fairy gifts always exact a price on the recipient, and rarely work out quite as the fairy intended.

This story is about one such child, after she has grown up. She must embark on a quest into and out of the dark woods, finding her lost fairy gifts and learning how to control them.
