Synopsis: Forbidden Magic
SEQUEL TO HIDDEN MAGIC. Weeks after the beginning of the war, Aralyn realizes dark forces have made certain her father won't listen to her. She runs away from the escort taking her back home and finds one of Farram's safe houses in which a dozen or so ragamuffin children are living. Meanwhile, Gareth and Lance decide to look for Aralyn themselves as their parents battle with each other about sending troops against Roderick's men. Aralyn, Raya, and Breena end up dragging everyone to the Black River for one final battle.
