Brief Author Bio: I am in the North East of England, at the Seaside, between the long fall sewage outlet and the nuclear power station. I have 5 kids, (Gothson, No2 Son, The Roving Pink Marshmallow of Havoc, Mickey Dripping and 'The Baby'), and a long-suffering husband, all of whom have the requisite number of limbs, heads and other appendages, and I write to forget. I also knit and read the "People's Friend" cos I just am. that. sad. :-D The more useless a fact is, the more likely I am to remember it forever, but if you ask me where the *thingy* is or what I did yesterday I have got NO IDEA. I fully and freely admit to reading and thinking and having opinions. I am short, fat, balding, freckled and the rest is subject to change without notice. |

Synopsis: It needs a title???
Anna Brown is a science teacher in a small comprehensive school and lives alone without a cat.
I have a fabulous "hook" line to open, Anna is real and alive and wandering round my head clamouring to be out there doing stuff.
All I have to do now is keep going and see where we both end up...
Excerpt: It needs a title???
“Happy Birthday Anna” “Many Happy Returns you old bag” – that was from Patsy. Anna would make her pay for that later! Then she relaxed a bit, it wasn’t Patsy’s fault Anna was grumpy tonight. Being forty was enough to make anyone a bit moody, with or without a ‘surprise party’, and Anna should know. After all, she’d been forty for 763 years now...
