Brief Author Bio: I have had the desire to be a published author for some time now, but since I graduate from university in 2004, I had become sicker and sicker, and tireder and tireder, simply unable to do much beyond getting to work each day. It wasn't until August 2009 that I found out that I have Celiac Disease and started a gluten free diet. Now that I'm finally feeling more like myself, whole worlds of possibilities have opened up. |
