Brief Author Bio:

2009 will be the first year that I attempt NaNoWriMo. This is huge for me, considering I have a nasty habit of rarely finishing anything I start...I'm hoping through my friend's encouragement I'll make it to the end.

Excerpt: The Arquebus Project

The world as we know it now has ended. Governments have been destroyed, lands have been separated, new, unexpected alliances have been formed for hundreds of years. Planet Earth now hold four countries: Corona Arcus, Ensis, the Libramen Republic and the Kingdom of Falx. Though a cease fire had been declared long ago, the leaders of Corona Arcus and Ensis could never be content in sharing power. Peace was unacceptable and victory would be attained by any means necessary, both constantly struggling to strengthen their own army. It was a fateful day 1000 years in the future that an alien ship would touch down in the region formerly known as Alaska, a day that would render Earth to a practically unrecognizable state, even more so than it had already become.
