Brief Author Bio:

I've been a writer pretty much before I knew how to write.... I've always had an "overactive" imagination and have always been something of a daydreamer. When I was little, my teachers called it ADD, but really, I was just tuning out their boring nonsense and sinking back into my own world. Its no wonder I grew up to be a writer.
Anyway, I've attempted to write three novels since I was about 15 or 16, and haven't really gotten anywhere with them. I got about 100 pages or so into them and realized that I wasn't going anywhere. But I get closer every time.
I have been wanting to participate in NaNoWriMo for a few years, and now that I'm out of school, I have no excuse, and I am doing it this time. I think that trying to get all my ideas out on paper (or into my computer, rather) in a small time frame will help me focus more than I was able to with my other novels, since I gave myself no goals or deadlines with them.
Ugh, I boring anyone who may read this. Sorry its such a snooze. Hopefully my novel will be a little better than this rubbish.

Synopsis: So far, no title.

Isabel Donegan's mother only gave her one piece of advice growing up: "Love is overrated. Be happy, marry a rich man." Isabel, having grown up on Disney movies, ignored her mother's advice and waited for her prince charming to sweep her off her feet. But after she found out that the man she thought was her prince charming, her fiance Jake, was cheating on her, she decided that she would take her mother's advice. If she couldn't have love, she wanted money.
