Brief Author Bio: I am from Phoenix Arizona originally but lived in Los Angeles on and off for several years. I have a BA in Relgious Studies, specializing in South Asian Religions and do non-academic scholarship in the area of Comparative Mysticism. I have had a strange life. I joined the Navy out of High School to see the wol\rld and visited 4 continents during that time, then wrote a book of poetry, joined a Yoga Ahram (a monastery of sorts) where I stayed for 3 years, then finished my degree at Arizona State University. I planned to teach English Lit in California but ended up teaching English Conversation in Korea, where I have been for almost 2 years. I am currently writing a novel and should be done by January or February. It's an Asian inspired mystical fantasy novel entitled, Daughter of the North Wind. |
