Synopsis: The Bill of Medisins

A doorman living in New York, 2058 finds he can no longer take his daily regimen of pills. He is forced to experience a "real" reality for the first time in his life and finds the whole world is living in a prescription drug inducted daze. After finding a new love and moving to a commune of like-minded individuals, he is captured and sentenced by the government to live the rest of his life as a prisoner in his own mind. Forty years later he is released from himself and shares his insight with a world that laughs at him.
