Synopsis: No title yet

When 17-year old Lucy literally bumps into the new girl living on the floor above hers, her usually quite plain life in Bayswater becomes more interesting. Only calling herself Dev, a morose redhead with a half-deaf granny and no parents, the new upstairs neighbour sits on the balcony above Lucy’s every night, and they talk about things that Lucy up until then haven’t been able to tell anyone. When Dev suddenly disappears for days and Lucy decides to find her new friend, the problems begin. It seems that the redhead has secrets of her own - and with Lucy quickly firmly involved, the two of them flee from enemies Dev can’t even name.
