Brief Author Bio:

I'm married with 4 kids (two in college, one in high school, and one still little enough to hold - 10). I've always been interested in writing, but always had other things to do. I'm ready to do some new things in my life, and I hope that writing is a big part of that.

Excerpt: Rise Again

Paranormal activity was very normal to me. Perhaps normal was not the correct word. I wasn’t comfortable with it, and I did not understand it, but I was accustomed to it. I used it to solve every case. I didn’t choose to use it, but it presented itself on a regular basis. What I did choose was to hide this connection to the psychic world. There were close calls, like this morning when I touched Colleen’s eyes, nearly fell on her, couldn’t see straight, and then passed out, but typically I managed to be much more discreet.

I assumed that I would get more downloads (which is what I called my psychic 411 connection) on this case. The gloves I had on this morning when I touched Colleen were still at home. If I touched them again, there might be more flashes. Colleen was still at the morgue and would probably be there for another day or so. Cold bodies weren’t as good as warm ones, but if cold gloves worked, cold bodies still delivered.
