Excerpt: Tessa (Working Title)

Tessa turned and ran toward the opposite end of the hallway. She managed to throw open the door and thrust herself inside the room. She went to shut the door behind her, but Christian's slim muscular frame appeared in the doorway, obscuring the only traces of light.

Rather than try to fight him, she turned to run to the other side of the room, but froze. On the bed, she finally noticed the odd movement underneath the mound of burgundy comforter and she listened to the soft wet sounds. She barely had enough time to be surprised when she felt an arm wrap around her waist and her feet lifting off the ground.

"Sydney!" Tessa called out in a ragged spent voice. Christian's free hand clamped over her mouth and she began to kick her feet. She reached her hands out to Sydney, writhing on the bed, but the girl was completely lost in her own ecstasy. She opened her eyes long enough to watch Christian carry Tessa from the room and then let them slide closed again with another low moan of pleasure.
